There is a company that specializes in "revenge" products that sells a rubber-stop vial of acid called "liquid key scratch". Google it for the link. The idea is that you can eat-away the paint of a car down to the bare metal with whatever slogan you like.

Let's say something relatively benign. I EAT POO. You could do this on the hood of a coworker or neighbor in under five seconds. The target would first try and touch it up but it would still be as neon as the metal. They would have to suffer the indignities of being called the "poo-guy" or having people say, "Here comes the poomobile again".

The only solution would be a very expensive repainting of the car. I don't know if this qualifies as a prank per se but the possibilities still make me laugh.
